After exchanging our vows at an off-site ceremony, Kate and I led our wedding guests to Franklin Commons for our reception. We could not have been happier with the space!
Cocktail hour was held in the Art Gallery, which featured stunning works from local artists. Afterward, everyone made their way through a receiving line under a gazebo in the Courtyard before taking their seats for dinner.
Franklin Hall looked stunning in the evening light! We were amazed by how the simplest touches can turn the venue from interesting to intimate. When planning our dream wedding, we had always imagined a cozy, relaxed setting where we could celebrate with family and friends. Franklin Commons delivered everything we had ever dreamed of!
We knew that Franklin Commons is managed by Drexelbrook Catering & Special Event Center, a well-known and highly regarded caterer in the Philadelphia area. Although we expected the food from Drexelbrook to be amazing, we were completely blown away by the impeccable service! Kim Savino and the entire staff understood our wishes to have a more intimate reception, and were able to create a casual ambiance while still providing the impressive white-glove service they are notorious for. Everyone was so easy to work with and eager to make our dream wedding day come true.
Kate and I would absolutely recommend Franklin Commons and the staff of Drexelbrook to anyone interested in a unique, customizable space. We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue to host our wedding reception!
